We know that it is an exciting time for young adults to lease their first home. We are equipped to walk you through the process and understand your needs and concerns. We welcome all, but focus our company towards college students. The majority of our properties are curated with young adults in mind.

We have a love for history and enjoy preservation. Each of our properties has been hand-selected with this in mind.

Hi! My name is Cari Pulliam and I founded this company in 2003. It all started with the first house that I bought right after college, and has grown to the company that it is today. Restoring properties, working with tenants, and managing trade professionals who keep our homes in great condition is my passion. When you rent from our company, you will work directly with me and my team. We love our properties and our tenants!
